Licensed in California with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (License #45976) since 2008, I earned my Master’s in Counseling: Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's College of California. I have worked in nonprofit community based organizations, private practice in partnership with health clinics, and as a Master's program educator for my alma mater. My consulting work is a natural outgrowth of the variety of skills I’ve developed over the last decade+ in various roles where I've been privileged to lead organizations, programs and associations whose missions align with my true passion - providing the best practice care to children and families while also supporting social justice and advocacy efforts impacting their communities.

After over 16 years working throughout the Bay Area, I have built many strong partnerships with state and county social service and behavioral health care departments, school districts, individuals, and nonprofit organizations across California. As an accomplished senior executive, I have gained a unique blend of clinical and operational expertise in organizational analysis, strategic planning and implementation, consultation, training, and technical assistance.

I have held the following positions and roles:

§  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; Chief Program Officer; Executive Director; Behavioral Health Director and Program Developer; Clinical Coordinator; Compliance Officer; Clinical Supervisor; Trainer and Facilitator; and Adjunct Faculty Member and Educator.
